The Big Bang Theory – Meat Lover’s Pizza

The boys, Howard, Raj, Leonard and Sheldon hang out at Cheesecake Factory each Tuesday and Penny already knows their orders. The Big Bang Theory gang takes their food seriously especially Sheldon. Raj on the other hand orders a Meat Lover’s Pizza without the meat! Here’s the recipe for a delicious Meat Lover’s Pizza and if you want it exactly like Raj’s then simply leave out the meat. 😉

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
• 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
• 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce
• 1 and 1/2 cup - Mozzarella
• 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
• 3-4 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
• 1/2 cup ham (roughly chopped)
• 1/2 cup hot sausage (cooked and crumbled)
• 1/4 cup Pepperoni slices
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the water to 115° Fahrenheit and dissolve sugar and yeast into it. Leave aside to proof.
2. Take a stand mixer and add the flour and salt into it.
3. Keep the mixer on low and slowly add the yeast mix.
4. Add the olive oil and mix until a ball of dough comes into form.
5. Take this dough into a bowl, cover with a cling wrap and leave aside for an hour to rise.
6. Preheat the oven to 425° Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
7. Spread out the dough using your hands or with the help of a rolling pin.
8. Smear pizza sauce all over it and sprinkle both parmesan and half cup of mozzarella on it.
9. Add the meat, the remaining mozzarella and ground pepper.
10. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes or till crisp.
