- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder preferably Vanilla flavour
- 1/2 cup Blueberries frozen
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Instructions
- Put the milk, protein powder and vanilla essence and blend until smooth.
- Add the banana and blueberries and blend again till there are no visible fruit chunks.
- Serve.

Serving Tip: Top off the shake with a few fresh blueberries.
