Cheeni Kum Spinach Salad Recipe
Buddha is teased by Nina as he’s a vegetarian and she is a meat eater. She calls him Ghaas Phoos and he calls her Tangdi Kabab. Let’s focus on the greens today and make a delicious Ghaas…er.. we mean salad.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 12 cups torn spinach leaves
- 2 pints strawberry halves
- 4 sliced kiwi

Instructions
- Put the canola oil, raspberry vinegar, worcestershire sauce, sugar and paprika in a blender.
- Blend these for about half a minute, transfer to a bowl and add green onions, sesame and poppy seeds.
- In another large bowl mix together spinach, strawberries and kiwi.
- Drizzle the dressing, toss well and serve,
