Coachella Cheesy Bagels Recipe
Move over bagel and cream, there’s a new take on bagel in town – cheesy bagels! The recipe is very easy, all you need are a handful of bagels, some cheese, and whatever it is that you wish to put on your bagel really! Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup slivered toasted almonds
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 3 bagels, split

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to broil.
- Combine the cheeses, nuts, bacon, mayonnaise, onions, and sour cream and mix well. Fold in the egg whites. Spread the mixture on bagel halves.
- Place bagels on baking sheet and broil until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
- Serve.
