Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of Boneless Chicken
- 2 tbsp of chilli powder
- 2 tbsp of coriander powder
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp of Ginger
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 5 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp of Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of Salt
- 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of Cumin powder

Instructions
- Heat oil in the pan, and add garlic, green chillies and ginger. Stir them for a minute and add the chopped onions. Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the turmeric powder, chill powder, cumin powder, coriander powder adnd garam masala. Mix them well and cook for a minute.
- Now, add the tomatoes and sufficient amount of water and salt to it. Mix it well, and stir it continuously until the masala becomes thick.
- Add the chicken to the pan and coat the pieces in the masala so it’s covered well. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice to add a little zing and garnish with coriander to serve.
