- 1 package cream cheese softened, 8 ounce
- 1 cup ⁄2butter softened
- 1 teaspoon ⁄4vanilla extract
- 3 cup ⁄4confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cup ⁄4miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cup ⁄4finely chopped pecans

Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add the sugars, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Cover in plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill for at least 3 hours.
- Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans.
- Serve with graham crackers.
