Copycat Haldiram’s Khatta Meetha Recipe

- 200 grams Poha
- 200 grams Ground nuts
- oil for frying
- 1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 gram edible citruc acid
- 20 raisins

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large wok and add half the poha to it.
- Once the poha is double in size, remove it and drain excess oil.
- Repeat with the remaining poha.
- Fry the groundnuts in the same oil and drain the excess oil.
- In a bowl mix sugar, salt and citric acid.
- Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan, add turmeric and toss the fried poha in it.
- Cool the poha down completely.
- Now add groundnuts, sev, raisins, sugar mix and toss it well.
- Store in an airtight container.
