Corn ‘n’ Oil: Dark Rum and Lime
Don’t let the title put you off. The oil is a nod to the dark, oil-like blackstrap rum!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces blackstrap rum
- 1/2 ounce Falernum
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3 dashes angostura bitters

Instructions
- Combine rum, falernum, and lime juice in a rocks glass.
- Top with crushed or cracked ice.
- Add the bitters and stir ingredients until well chilled. The glass should be frosty.
- Top with bitters and serve with a lime wedge.
