Cure All Cocktail
This scotch cocktail has the same base as the Penicillin cocktail, however it adds in a bit off beet juice that totally livens things up! Try this recipe courtesy of Serious Eats, and let us know how you like it!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces beetroot juice
- 3 ounces blended scotch
- 1 1/2 ounces Lemon juice
- 2 ounces Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add beet juice, Scotch, lemon juice, and ginger liqueur. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain evenly into two coupe glasses and serve.
