Ingredients
- 1 kg of Mutton mince
- 1 `kg of potatoes boiled and grated
- 6 eggs
- 6 Eggs boiled
- 300 gm of Sooji
- 2 tbsp of meat masala
- 2 tbsp of red chili powder
- 2 tbsp of Haldi powder
- 2 tbsp of Dhania powder
- 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp of Fresh Pudina – chopped
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt and turmeric to it and mix well keep side.
- Drain out the water from the boiled meat. Add meat masala, turmeric, Chili powder and dhania powder to it and mix.
- Add boiled eggs to the meat and mix.
- Next add the green peas, chopped coriander and pudina to the meat mix. Add salt to taste and mix well. Add more chili powder and masalas according to taste.
- Now make equal portions of the the meat then coat with potatoes.
- Next cover the patty with sooji, dip it in raw egg and deep fry.
