Instructions
  1. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt and turmeric to it and mix well keep side.
  2. Drain out the water from the boiled meat. Add meat masala, turmeric, Chili powder and dhania powder to it and mix.
  3. Add boiled eggs to the meat and mix.
  4. Next add the green peas, chopped coriander and pudina to the meat mix. Add salt to taste and mix well. Add more chili powder and masalas according to taste.
  5. Now make equal portions of the the meat then coat with potatoes.
  6. Next cover the patty with sooji, dip it in raw egg and deep fry.
