Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken cut into 1 1/2 inch square pieces
- 3 tbsp tandoori spice mix
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 jalapeño sliced
- 4 leaves Curry kari patta
- 1 tbsp ¼red food coloring
- 2 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken till it’s half cooked or the water dries up.
- Add 2 tablespoon tandoori spice mix and lemon juice and cook on high heat till the chicken is completely ready.
- Now add the remaining tandoori masala, lemon juice, red food color, & red chili paste. Cook for 5 minutes on high medium heat.
- In the end add jalapeño, curry leaves and oil and simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
- Serve.
