• 1 Cup Salad Greens Baby Spinach, Kale, Rocket, Lettuce etc of your choice
• 1/2 Cup walnuts Toasted and Roughly Chopped
• 1 Cup blue cheese Crumbled
• 1/4 Cup red onion Finely sliced

Dressing

• 1/2 Cup honey
• 1/2 Cup Mustard Paste/Sauce Dijon works best
• Salt To taste
• 1/4 Cup olive oil

Instructions

1. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing thoroughly in a bowl until you get a smooth even emulsion
2. Toss the Salad ingredients together and add the crumbled Blue Cheese on top
3. Drizzle over the dressing just before serving.
