Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 celery ribs sliced
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic powder, flour, pepper and salt. Coat the chicken cubes in this mixture and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil and cook the chicken pieces for about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and add a little oil and cook celery, onions and green peppers till soft.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet. Add the pineapple chunks, ketchup, and brown sugar and bring to a boil.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve over warm rice.
