- 2 cups black grapes
- 1 cup chilled low-fat milk
- 1 cup chilled low-fat curds dahi
- 4 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Combine the black grapes, milk, curds and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the lassi into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled.
