- 1/2 chicken
- 5 gram carom seeds
- 5 gram garam masala
- 5 gram Turmeric powder
- 2 fresh lemons
- 45 gram chili powder
- 5 gram chaat masala
- 8 gram fresh yogurt
- 15 gram mustard oil

Instructions
- Make a marinade with the mustard oil, carom seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and yogurt.
- Marinate the chicken for an hour.
- Cook the chicken in tandoor until done, about 15-120 minutes.
- Add lemon Juice, chaat masala, and butter after cooked.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
