Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Large Eggs beaten
- FOR THE HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
- 1/2 cup honey or more, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
- Over medium heat place a saucepan and add honey, garlic and soy sauce.
- In a bowl add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and mix.
- Add the mixture to the saucepan until it is thick, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Over medium high hear, heat vegetable oil in large skillet.
- In a bowl, add flour, thyme, oregano, paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Season the chicken with pepper and salt, to taste.
- Dredge the chicken in flour one at a time then dredge in eggs and then in the flour one more time
- Cook the chicken in the skillet one at a time until it is crispy and evenly golden.
- Serve hot with garlic sauce.
