KFC Style Hot Wings Recipe
While KFC is best known for its 2 or 3 piece Kentucky Fried Chicken, when we’re feeling a tiny bit peckish we love to snack on KFC’s hot wings.
Hot Wing Delight
In the words of KFC, hot wings are “a spicy snack for when you just need that extra little something.” It adds that you should “enjoy these two beauties on their own, or add them to a main meal.”
When we’re feeling too lazy to step out, we whip up some similar wings at home; try this copycat recipe and tell us what you think?

Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Buffalo sauce

Instructions
- Marinade the wings in the buffalo sauce for a few hours.
- Whisk the beaten egg and milk together.
- Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in another bowl.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan.
- Dip the chicken wings into the flour mixture, the egg mixture and then back into the flour.
- Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve and enjoy.
