Ingredients
- 1 kg of Mutton
- 250 gm of onion
- 1 tbsp of Papaya
- 1 tbsp of Kebab Chini (Java pepper)
- 2` tbsp of garam masala
- 2 tbsp of Ginger
- 2 tbsp of garlic
- 2 tbsp of Poppy seeds
- 50 gm of mint
- 50 gm of Coriander leaf
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash and drain the meat and grind to a coarse mince.
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, poppy seeds, and papaya in a wet grinder.
- Add all the ingredients the fried onions, Kebab Chini, Garam Masala powder, mint, coriander and the paste and mix well
- Keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Divide the mince mixture into equally sized balls and grill over charcoal, or pan fry.
