Ingredients
- 800 gm of Bekti fillet
- 4 Bay Leaf
- 50 gm of onions
- 5 gm of Green chilies
- 10 gm of Ginger
- 4 gm of red chilli powder
- 3 gm of white pepper powder
- 4 gm of Cumin powder
- 3 gm of Garam masala powder
- 60 gm of Channa powder
- 2 eggs
- ghee

Instructions
- Place a handi with water on a simmer. Add bayleaf into the water and gently poach the fish fillet in simmering water. Cook for about 7 minutes till the fish is all cooked. Drain out and pat the fillets on a dry cloth to remove the moisture.
- Mix chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, white pepper, salt, broiled cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted channa powder and poached fish fillet.
- Blend this mixture twice through a mincer.
- Break the eggs and add to the above mince. Mix thoroughly and add seasoning as per taste.
- Divide into 24 equal parts. Add a little water to your hands and flatten the kebabs into a smooth and even shape
- Place a fry pan with ghee on a medium flame. Deep fry the kebabs till golden brown
