Mango Bellini Recipe

on

Winter months are mostly about snuggling up with a warm cup of hot chocolate, some delicious masala chai, an aromatic cup of coffee, or maybe even some eggnog. And in all this warm snug coziness, the alcohol gets ignored, unless we’re talking about Hot Toddy, mulled wine, and the likes. Alas, we shall do the unorthodox and get high on some chilled sparkling wine mixed with mango, a.k.a., mango Bellini.

Usually made with peach puree or nectar, this Italian cocktail is a refreshing summer special. But we’ll be adding he bubbly to mango pulp. So put down your hot coco mugs and get out those flutes to concoct a nice summery cocktail bang in the middle of the frigid months. It’s okay if your throat revolts a little, you can go back to the chai tomorrow. But for today, follow this recipe!
