Mary Poppins is a Disney classic that makes us fall in love with with every character and who can forget that amazing song ‘Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’? Make some candied apples with the recipe below while we practice pronouncing it!

- 8-12 small apples refrigerated
- 4 ounces Water
- 9 ounces sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 9 ounces heavy cream

Instructions
- Skewer the apples using popsicle sticks and refrigerate them.
- Combine water, sugar, and salt in a saucier on medium heat.
- Give a little stir using a fork to ensure that the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it simmer till it attains a golden colour.
- Once done, add cream at medium-low flame and stir continuously till the caramel reaches 250°F.
- As soon as the caramel reaches the desired temperature, transfer to a wooden bowl and cool till it reaches 212°F.
- Prepare a board with parchment paper to place the apples.
- Bring out the chilled apples and dip it in hot caramel and let excess drip off.
- Place it on the ready board and let it rest tell the caramel sets on the apple.
