Murgh Malai Curry, as the name explains, is a creamy chicken curry made using meat chunks marinated in a rich blend of malai (cream) and mild spices. Much like any other Mughlai/North Indian preparation, marinating the chicken is of the essence. Though many prefer snacking on the meat as a dry snack – murgh malai tikka – the curried version too is to die for. Instructions
  1. चिकेन में हल्के चीर लगाकर अद्रक, लेहसुन, और सफ़ेद मिर्च पाउडर में लपेट कर ३० मिनट के लिए रखें।
  2. गरम मसाला बनाने के लिय सारे मसालों को भुन कर अच्छी तरह पीस लें।
  3. एक तवे को गरम कर उसमे क्रीम, प्याज़, व हरी मिर्च को पकाँए जब तक प्याज़ नर्म हो जाए।
  4. इसमें चिकेन व दूध डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाँए।
  5. अब इलाइची पाउडर, अद्रक, धनिया पत्ती, सौंठ, सफ़ेद मिर्च पाउडर, कसूरी मेथी, गरम मसाला, व केसर डालकर धीरे धीरे पकाँए, ७-१० मिनट के लिए।
  6. नमक डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें।
  7. कटे हुए बादाम से सजाकर परोसें।
