Ingredients
- 1 cup of chana dal
- 3/4 cup of caster sugar
- 2 tbsp of ghee
- 1 tbsp of cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp of pistachios chopped

Instructions
- Roast the channa dal in a pan until the color changes slightly and the roasted smell comes out.
- Blend all the ingredients into a fine powder
- Transfer the above mixture to a mixing bowl and add ghee to it. Knead it well until it becomes smooth. Once that is done, roll them into lemon sized balls.
- Garnish them with pistachios
