Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic to taste
- 2 pounds Chicken ground
- 2 pounds tomatoes diced

Instructions
- Put the chicken broth and quinoa in a pot and bring to boil. After that, simmer for 15-20 minutes until quinoa is cooked and water has been absorbed.
- Saute Onion and garlic for 5-7 minutes. Add the chicken to it and cook for 7-10 minutes until completely brown.
- Add the chicken into the quinoa and cook ufor 10 minutes until the flavors all bind together.
