Instructions
  1. In a large pot combine all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil, spinach leaves and parmesan cheese.
  2. Bring the broth to a boil and once the pasta has softened, mix all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, spinach leaves and cheese. Mix well.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. You can serve up the pasta with some extra cheese drizzled on top!
