Instructions
  1. Crack open a few cardamom pods and toss them in a large pot, along with dark roasted coffee, a cinnamon stick, milk, sugar and some water.
  2. Simmer for ten minutes.
  3. Ladle the liquid as it bubbles, to air the coffee mixture. Do this about twenty times. Strain the coffee.
  4. Serve.
