Paneer Bread Rolls Recipe

- 1 cup crumbled paneer
- 6 slices bread
- butter for brushing
- 2 Tablespoon oil
- Pinch of turmeric
- teaspoon ¼jeera powder
- salt to taste
- tablespoon ¼ginger garlic paste
- teaspoon ¼red chilli powder
- A handful of peas
- pinch aof garam masala powder

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin in and wait for it to crackle.
- Add in all the masalas and stir well.
- Mix in the peas and saute for good 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the paneer and mix until everything is combined well.
- Divide the paneer mixture into small portions and roll them into small balls.
- Flatten the bread slices with a chapatti roller and brush the edges with cornflour paste.
- Place the ball in the centre and roll and seal.
- Shallow fry the rolls until crispy.
