Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Apart from being the reason behind John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s sliced up fingertips, scalloped potatoes are also a popular festive dish. As the name suggests, the golden baked preparation features layers of thinly sliced potatoes bound together with a creamy cheese sauce seasoned with paprika and cayenne peppers. This potato dish is a favourite among most households and people (because, what’s not to like about baked potatoes and cheese, right?), and is also super easy to make.
The other great thing about serving scalloped potatoes for a meal is the fact that you can relish the leftovers the day after! Because, as mentioned before, you can’t ever have enough of spuds and cheese! So up the ante of your Easter feast this season and roll out a batch of piping hot baked scalloped potatoes. Follow the recipe below.
