Since A Series Of Unfortunate Events is airing on Netflix, much to the delight of childhood fans we decided to share a few recipes inspired by the series. Today, we're focusing on a mango and black bean salad which Beatrice Baudelaire made when she was short on time.

Ingredients
- 1 mango peeled and cubed
- 1 red bell chopped
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 cup corn kernel
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt and back pepper
- 5 1.2 cups romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions
- Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste together.
- Mix together the other ingredients and toss the mixture together with the dressing.
- Serve and enjoy.
