Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 packaged white cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- 1 can sweetened cream of cocnut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Combine the coconut cream with the sweetened condensed milk.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- Combined the cake mix, eggs, oil, water and coconut flavouring. Beat well and then pour into the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Poke holes into the baked cake using chopsticks and the pour the condensed cream over it.
- Refrigerate the cake for a few hours.
- Whip the cream and sugar together until peaks form.
- Spread over the cooled cake.
- Sprinkle over the top.
