Shantaram Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped mango
- 2 cups chilled full fat yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Cream
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 5 tbsp sugar
- few Mint leaves

Instructions
- Puree the mango along with sugar and cardamom powder.
- Add the yoghurt and cream to the blender with some ice cubes and blend till you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the lassi in three glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
