Thai Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp Ginger peeled and minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 20 ounes green cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 cups red bell peppers sliced into strips
- 1 1/3 cups carrots peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Whisk the fresh lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chili paste together.
- Heat the oil over medium high heat.
- Sauté the ginger and garlic until they begin to emit an aroma.
- Stir in the cabbage, the bell pepper and carrots and sauté for two minutes.
- Stir in the lime juice mixture and continue sautéing until the cabbage becomes tender.
- Take the cabbage off the stove and garnish with the cilantro.
- Enjoy!
