Thai Chicken With Basil

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped into cubes
- 2 tbsp Asian fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups basil leaves lightly packed

Instructions
- Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, water and sugar together and pour it over the chicken.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onions for two minutes.
- Then, add the garlic and chiles and stir well for thirty seconds.
- Add the chicken to the pan and fry for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Take the chicken off the stove and add the basil and serve
