The Parasol Cocktail
This cocktail was created by bartender Paul McGee which is a lovely light, herbaceous, and citrusy brunch drink that the gang will definitely enjoy! Can somebody say prosecco punch!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 ounce St. Germaine
- 3 ounces prosecco

Instructions
- Combine honey and 1 tbsp. warm water in a cocktail shaker; stir to dissolve honey. Add lemon juice, Lillet, St. Germain, and ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled champagne glass; top with prosecco.
