Theobroma Copycat Chocolate Overload Brownie Recipe
Ask anyone in Mumbai what to have at Theobroma, an incredibly popular dessert chain in the city and the answer will be ‘brownie’. While it has a collection of other desserts from cupcakes to cakes to cookies, its brownies remain its most hot selling items. On its brownie menu, it has walnut brownies, chocolate chip brownies, rum and raisin brownies and – by far our favourite – the Overload Brownie.
The Overload Brownie
The Overload brownie is your regular chocolate brownie, made with (what seems like) ten times the chocolate. Along with being made with rich dark chocolate, the brownie has delicious chunks of chocolate that burst in your mouth with every bite.
For extra indulgence, we’ve added a touch of Nutella to the recipe. Need we say more?
Enjoy these brownies as a dessert after a meal or simply as a snack through the day.
