The Star Studded Menu At The 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards

on

It’s officially award season and one of the most highly coveted red carpet has been rolled out at the Beverly Hilton to welcome the who’s who of Hollywood at the 75th Golden Globe Awards. While most fans are excited to see who wore what and which film and series took home awards, we’re here, adoring the gorgeous dinner spread that is going to be laid out tonight.

What’s On The Menu?

The guests will be served a lavish three-course dinner by Beverly Hilton’s executive chef Alberico Nunziata and executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi, who have designed – for the first time in Golden Globe history – a completely gluten-free menu.

According to a press release, around 1,300 people will be dining and drinking at the hotel this Sunday evening. And to get all the food and beverages around, 112 tables, 11 chefs, 120 culinary staff, and 50 bartenders will be hard at work. The meals will be served on over 10,000 plate settings at the award show, viewing parties, and after parties as well.

Complete with a delectable appetizer, entrée, and dessert, the menu for the Golden Globe Awards has been curated with a fine selection of flavours Here’s what’s on the menu.

First Course – Appetizer

Delicata salad with burrata, squash, and garlic flowers

A small round cake of burrata cheese, opal basil, teardrop tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, golden friseé, roasted butternut squash, and purple sweet potatoes topped with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and finished with garlic flowers.

Second Course – Entrée

Chilean sea bass with golden baby beets, yellow squash, & zucchini

Mediterranean Chilean Sea bass set atop a beet Parmesan risotto served with Castelvetrano olive tapenade, broccolini florets, golden stripe baby beets, yellow squash, and zucchini.

Third Course – Dessert

Coffee-infused Frangelico crème brûlée

White chocolate coffee cream, coffee liqueur biscuit, Frangelico mascarpone, and crunchy praline finished off with a glimmering edible Golden Globe.

The Poison List

Meanwhile, the bar will be stocked with 1,500 Moët & Chandon Impérial minis, 125 cases of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006, and Moet Rosé Impérial magnums, and over 500 cocktails featuring Moët & Chandon Impérial will be rolled out throughout the evening.

Also on the menu is 2018’s official Golden Globes cocktail, The Moët 75. Created by actress Jamie Chung, the drink is made with tequila, blood orange juice, honey, and Moët & Chandon.

Like we’ve said time and again, being successful sure has its perks. Especially if you enjoy a good post-show dinner (unlike Aziz Ansari, who will probably be seen at In-N-Out if he receives the trophy for Master of None).
