Starbucks Catches Up On Poké Go With Pokémon Frappuccinos

The smartphone population has swiftly been swooped off its feet by the Pokemon Go fever. And if you’re not catching them, you’ve at least bumped into a few Poke-heads who are. Playing on this unending desire to “catch ‘em all”, coffee magnate Starbucks has released Pokémon-themed frappuccinos in various countries.

The trendy drink was apparently the brainchild of a few Starbucks baristas in New Zealand. Korea, too picked up on the hashtags and introduced its own take on the Pokémon Frappuccino, a drink that includes whipped cream, mocha drizzle, strawberries & cream along with a cake pop.Screen Shot 2016-08-03 at 5.40.13 PM

Meanwhile, according to a hack shared by Business Insider, you can order yourself a Pokéball Frappuccino by simple asking for “a vanilla frappuccino in the bottom half of the cup; a strawberries and creme frappuccino in the top half of the cup; and strawberry whipped cream on top”.
