Zambar Celebrates Vishu In Delhi With A Traditional Spread

on

Celebrated as Bisu in regions of Karnataka, Vishu is a South Indian festival eminent majorly in Kerala that marks the onset of spring and the beginning of a new year. Festivities include lighting up the house and a display of fireworks throughout the region.

Although it’s rare to witness Vishu being observed elsewhere – especially in North India – we’ve got some delicious news for the Malayali folk feeling homesick in Delhi.

Zambar invites the Capital to be a part of this auspicious occasion. The restaurant will have on offer a special spread featuring the traditional cuisine of Kerala ranging from Aviyal, Theeyal and other delicacies.vishu sandhya zambar
