- 8 ounces Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Begin by melting the chocolate using the double boiler method.
- Let it cool for some time and meanwhile whip the cream in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
- Slowly mix in the sugar and then whip on high so that you get a fluffy mixture.
- Lastly, whip the eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl and then pour in the melted chocolate.
- Fold in 3/4th of the cream keeping the rest in the refrigerator for later use.
- Put the mousse into serving bowls and let it chill for an hour.
- Serve the mousse with whipped cream on top.
