The New M&Ms Flavour Tastes Like Butterbeer, Excites Harry Potter Fans Everywhere

October is just around the corner (like two months away), but everyone is already getting excited about pumpkin spiced lattes and all the pumpkin flavoured foods they can get their hands on. And joining the party is M&Ms. The colourful button shaped chocolates from Mars Incorporated has been known to release and introduce new and interesting flavours every now and then. And obviously in time for fall and Halloween, they’ve released a new flavour.

These white chocolate treats are infused with an intense butterscotch flavour, which likens them to the famous Harry Potter drink, Butterbeer (make your own Butterbeer at home!), says Delish. The candy has absolutely no connection to J.K. Rowling or the world of Potter, but the timing of the launch is quite perfect in line with Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. So for a taste of Butterbeer without having to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Only available at M&Ms World, this new flavour (called BOO-tterscotch) will share shelf space with fall favourites Peacan Pie and Candy Corn.
