Ingredients
- 1 cups ½almonds soaked overnight or blanched
- 2 cups Water
- tsp ½saffron
- 5-6 green cardamom crushed
- cup ½water or milk
- cup ½sugar
- cup ¼coconut oil

Instructions
- Puree the soaked almonds with 2 cups water to a smooth paste.
- Roast the almond paste till the mixture thickens and dries.
- Add sugar and stir.
- Add water and stir again.
- Add oil and cook stirring continuously till the whole mixture becomes thick.
- Now add saffron and cardamom and stir.
- Pour the mixture on a greased plate or pan.
- Let the halwa cool down.
- Slice the cooled down halwa into diamond shapes or any shape of your liking.
- Serve.
