Beans Carrot Thoran Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 grams carrots grated
- 250 grams beans
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 4 Green chilies chopped
- 5 small onions
- 1 piece smallgarlic
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- pinch Aof jeera
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- Curry Leaves
- coconut oil

Instructions
- Mix the coconut, green chilies, garlic, turmeric powder and jeera together using your hands.
- Fry the mustard seeds in the coconut oil and then fry the curry leaves and coconut mix.
- Sauté for three minutes and then add the beans, carrots and salt.
- Add a little water (about one tablespoon), stir well and cook the mixture until the vegetables are thoroughly cooked. This should take five to ten minutes.
- While cooking, stir the thoran constantly.
- Serve!
