Bhel Puri Recipe
If you’re well acquainted with the streets and street foods of India, Bhel Puri and you probably go back a long way. The puffed rice mixed with fresh chopped veggies, spices and chutney is a common favourite among street food fanatics. Use this recipe to make some for yourself.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of puffed rice
- cup ¼of finely chopped deseeded ripe tomatos
- cup ½of finely chopped onions
- cup ¼of boiled roughly mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 cup of crushed chaat papdi papad
- 1 cups ½of nylon sev
- 3-4 tbsp of mint-coriander chutney
- 2-3 tbsp of tamarind chutney
- tsp ½of black salt or to taste
- tsp ½of garam masala or chaat masala
- cup ¼of roasted peanuts salted or unsalted
- cup ¼of chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice more or less to taste

Instructions
- Reserve half a cup of sev and add all other ingredients to a wide bowl.
- Give it a good mix and taste to check whether the flavors suit your taste. Adjust the ingredients to make it perfect.
- Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
- Serve.
