Food Panda App Now Comes With A Recommendation Feature

The prominent food delivery app Food Panda announced a food discovery feature in its app which will give restaurant recommendations to its users. According to reports by NDTV Gadgets, the app bifurcates between the two tabs – Recommended and All Restaurants. If a user wants to view all the eateries in their locality they can hit the latter but for Food Panda recommended restaurants the user can choose the ‘Recommended’ tab.

The ‘recommend’ feature in Food Panda apps shows the nearby restaurants of different categories like the ones that do Express Delivery (delivery within 45 minutes), Top Rated restaurants, Best Offers and Popular. The restaurants that the user orders frequently from also show up in this tab. “While redesigning the app, we always take into consideration our customer’s feedback and requirement,” said Saurabh Kochhar, CEO, Foodpanda India to NDTV Gadgets.

“With the recent enhancements in the app, we have moved closer to our goal of reorders within 30 seconds. The revamped app needs minimal navigation, and provides an easy and seamless experience to our customers,” said Kochhar. “The future releases will aim to make the food ordering experience more seamless and personalised using data analytics in the background,” added Rajat Shikhar, Chief Product Officer, Foodpanda India.
