Healthy Paleo Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
For the Pie Crust
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter
For the filling
- 1 can organic pumpkin
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream to serve

Instructions
For the crust
- Combine in a food processor until a dough forms.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes on 350 and set aside.
For the pie
- You can either blend in a blender/food processor or beat all ingredients by hand. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Bake on 350 for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Top with with whipped cream!
