Here’s What Happened When A Choir Attempted To Sing After Eating Ghost Peppers

Herning Boys Choir is quite an old one from Denmark and Chili Klaus was once a part of it while he was growing up. Now he’s a YouTuber and challenged the current boys and men of the choir to chew down on a ghost pepper each in the middle of a song and here’s what happened.

The Bhut Jolokia Sang

The boys sang and so did the Bhut Jolokia as the boys bit into the one kept in their pockets after one verse of ‘O Come All Ye Faithful’ reports Foodbeast. The performance of the second verse carried on equally beautifully although with a few coughs, red faces and teary eyes. The boys got off easy munching on a cayenne but the men got the ghost pepper.

Buzzfeed reports that to ensure that the rehearsal went on smoothly, Klaus treated all the boys and men of the choir to ice cream, milk and bread.
