Indo Chinese Food – Chicken Manchurian Recipe

Manchurian is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made by golden frying a vegetable or protein and corn flour mixture and then tossing it in a sauce with Chinese flavours. 
This delicious non-vegetarian manchurian takes only a couple of minutes to make and tastes great as a snack or a starter! You can also serve it with fried rice as a main course.

Instructions
  1. Combine the mince, eggs, flour, garlic, ginger and water to make a batter.
  2. Allow the mince to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying and drop small dollops of the batter into it.
  4. Fry until golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon and place the chicken balls on paper towels to drain.
  5. Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  6. Heat two tablespoons of oil and sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes.
  7. Add the capsicum and continue sautéing for another minute.
  8. Spoon in the sauce and turn the heat on the stove down.
  9. Once the sauce begins to thicken, add the fried balls to the pan and toss.
  10. Remove from the stove after a few minutes and serve!
