Watt A Box – What An Idea!

Watt a Box is a limited edition meal box with a built in power bank. Yes, we’re totally serious. The Watt a Box has a detachable 6,100Ah Lithium-ion battery, a USB cable for Androids and an Apple lightning cable for iPhones.

The Watt a Box was conceptualised by KFC along with Blink Digital, a Mumbai based ad agency. Commenting on this the Watt a Box, Lluis Ruiz Ribot said ““We launched the 5-in-1 Meal Box in March this year with the objective of providing an abundant complete meal and at an affordable price for our customers. With the launch of Watt a Box, we have gone a step ahead and also introduced an element of utility into the box. Each one of us spends a considerable time on our smartphones daily and the phone battery going dead is almost like a nightmare! No longer so with Watt a Box around.”

The Watt A Box is not for sale -customers can win it by participating in a competition on KFC’s Facebook page, which asks participants to tag a friend and tell them why this friend of theirs absolutely needs the Watt A Box.

Some very lucky customers at select Delhi and Mumbai outlets can also win the Watt A Box on ordering a 5-in-1 Meal box, which contains Rice ‘n’ gravy, hot and crispy chicken, hot wings, Yumfills choco pie and a Pepsi.
