Kulle Ki Chaat Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes parboiled
- 2 tomatoes
- cup ½boiled chana
- cup ½pomegranate seeds
- tsp ½salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
- Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them into half and scoop potato out of the center, until there is a well in the middle of the potato.
- Similarly, cut the tomatoes into half and scoop out the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes.
- Mix the chana and pomegranate seeds together and then fill the wells in the potatoes and tomatoes with the mixture.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and the chaat masala over the mixture in the tomatoes and potatoes.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the potatoes and tomatoes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Optional:
You can use other bases for the kulle ki chaat, such as watermelon, oranges or cucumbers, by similarly scooping out the flesh at the center of the fruit.
