Moplah Food Festival at The Park
The point of interest for this ongoing food festival thats on till 28th of this month was the celebrity chef Abidha Rasheed who has curated this Menu. There’s a choice of A la carte as well a Pre Set Menu. I obviously, opted for the Set Menu so I get to taste a few handful options. Made a few preference changes from the Set Menu.
Among the starters, the Eraichi Pathiri certainly was my first favourite followed by Kozhi Porichadhu. Even though the Kaduka Nirachathu (Mussels) had been prepared well, it didn’t cut the edge for me. The Moplah Lamb Biryani had the softest of Mutton with a mildly flavoured rice. From the Main Course platter, Ari Pathiri did pair well with the Mutton Stew. The Chicken in the form of Pacha Aracha Koyi was very well made. Ghee rice was good. Mildly sweet Mutta Mala among the Desserts was the winner . The other two desserts – Chatti Pathiri and Chakkara Choar – were okayish.
This set menu is priced at ₹900+ Taxes.
